Please note Finwood no longer offer their own erection service and only undertake supply and deliver packages. We have established contacts with reputable companies who may be willing to undertake this work on your behalf.

01 Supply & Deliver
Includes for the Supply and Delivery only of all log and timber kit components, comprising log walls and ancilliary items associated with logs, prefabricated timber kit panels and ancilliary items associated with timber kit and for all other components such as timber ground floor and insulation, external verandah, decking and steps, roof structure and insulation, roof shingles and finishings, DG windows, external and internal doors and for all finishings around openings, internal walls and partitions, floor, wall and ceiling finishings, internal skirtings, cornicings, internal shelving and for all nails, fixings, adhesives and sealants - all for erection by others, on prepared foundations by others.

Exclusions from all options

Finwood do not include for any forklifting and craneage normally associated with the unloading, moving materials about site and erection of log or timber kit components, roof beams and roof trusses on site. Offloading is normally carried out using a four wheel drive telescopic forklift vehicle suitable for lifting packages in excess of 2 Tonnes. The Hire of such Plant is the Clients responsibility.
